Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. corn oil
    3/4 c. chopped green onions with tops
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers (bell)
    1/4 c. dried parsley
    1 c. raw rice
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth (I use bouillon cubes)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions, bell pepper and parsley in oil until soft. Do not brown. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil; turn down to a simmer. Cook until rice is done with the lid on pan.
