Chicken Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1/4 lb. cashews or peanuts
    1 c. finely diced celery (2 ribs)
    1/4 c. minced onion (1/2 medium)
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
    1 can water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine soup, water, chicken, nuts, celery, onion and 1/2 cup chow mein noodles in a shallow 1-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with reserved noodles.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
