Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    salt
    1 c. grits
    1 cube butter
    2 inches Velveeta cheese, grated (on top)
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder or to taste
    2 eggs with milk to make 1 c.
Preparation
    Cook together water, salt and grits for 5 minutes.
    Add butter and garlic powder.
    Put cheese on top.
    Whip eggs and milk to make 1 cup.
    Put in casserole and cover with foil.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
