Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 large graham cracker pie crust or 2 small
Preparation
    Mix the cream cheese, milk, vanilla and lemon juice on medium speed until well blended.
    Pour into crust. Chill 2 hours. Cherry or blueberry pie filling may be added. Pie is ready to serve.
