Mrs. Klatt'S Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head raw cabbage, shredded
1 raw carrot, grated
1 green pepper (optional), finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix salt with cabbage and let sit for one full hour to \"draw\" water from cabbage.
Then squeeze cabbage; remove/pour off as much water as possible.
Add carrot and green pepper.
