Ingredients

1 beaten egg
1/4 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. water
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. crushed saltines
2/3 c. milk
4 tsp. plain flour
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. onion
1/3 c. sour cream
Preparation

In a bowl, combine 1 egg and evaporated milk.
Stir in bread crumbs, pimiento, green pepper, Worcestershire, salt, cayenne and tuna.
Chill thoroughly (15 minutes in freezer).
Shape into 8 balls.
