Chess Pie(My Mother, Mrs. Brodie'S, Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 whole eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Melt oleo and mix in vinegar.
Mix, by hand, all other ingredients.
Add oleo and vinegar mix.
Pour into unbaked pie shell (frozen deep-dish pie crust works well).
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes or until center of pie is firm.
