Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 large eggs
    2 c. canned cream (evaporated milk)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick oleo or butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon
Preparation
    Grease pan well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Brown under broiler a few minutes on top (note this recipe will fill a 10-inch pie).
