Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
    flour
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    6 green onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Lightly flour chicken and fry in butter until golden brown (approximately 5 minutes each side).
    Place in warm oven.
    Add 3 tablespoons of butter in pan.
    Saute onion and garlic.
    Add wine and lemon juice.
    Simmer on low 5 minutes.
    Add chicken to sauce and cover.
    Simmer 5 to 10 more minutes.
    Serve with rice.
    Makes about 4 servings.
