Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 c. beans
    2 lb. salt pork
    3 c. molasses
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    2 c. brown sugar
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 large onions
    2 Tbsp. soda
Preparation
    Wash and soak beans overnight.
    Mix the molasses, brown sugar, salt, mustard and soda in bowl; let set overnight.
    Early in the morning, add pork (cut in small pieces), onions (cut in half) and the mixture from the bowl.
    Bake for at least 8 hours at 275\u00b0.
