Chicken In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boned and split
1 c. flour
dash of paprika
dash of garlic powder
3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. red Burgundy wine
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Place flour, paprika and garlic powder in paper bag.
Put chicken pieces in bag and shake until coated.
Pan-fry coated chicken to light brown on both sides.
Place chicken in casserole dish or baking pan.
To drippings, add ketchup and remaining ingredients.
Stir until bubbly.
Pour over chicken and bake 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
