Candied Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium yams, quartered lengthwise
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter or oleo
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Butter large deep baking dish well.
    Place potatoes in dish. Pour sugars over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir carefully.
    Cut butter into squares and place over potatoes.
    Bake in covered dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and syrup thickens.
    Stir occasionally.
    Cover with marshmallows and return to oven until marshmallows melt.
