Roman Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 thin slices Mozzarella cheese
4 wedges Italian bread, toasted and buttered
Preparation

Mix meat with parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, onion and Parmesan cheese.
Shape into 4 patties.
Grill over hot coals. Top each burger with Mozzarella cheese when meat is cooked through.
Remove when cheese is just melted and place on buttered, toasted Italian bread.
