Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. melted butter
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flaked coconut
2/3 c. cocoa
1 jar Marshmallow Creme
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl.
Add nuts and coconut, mixing well.
Blend 1 cup butter and 1/3 cup cocoa together in bowl.
Stir in dry ingredients with eggs, mixing well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Spread Marshmallow Creme over hot cake.
Combine remaining ingredients and 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup butter in bowl, mixing well.
Spread over cool cake.
Yields 24 servings.
