Jalapeno Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can jalapeno peppers
    4 eggs
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, coarsely grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain and seed peppers.
    Cut into lengthwise slices and line bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
    Press grated cheese in plate over peppers.
    Beat eggs, adding salt and red pepper.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    After removing from oven, slice into small wedges.
    Leave in pie plate and serve as finger food.
