Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 large bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 1 pound loaf pan, Bundt pan or muffin tins.
    Cream sugars and butter.
    Blend in eggs.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to batter. Combine buttermilk and soda and add to batter.
    Add mashed bananas, vanilla and nuts (if desired).
    Pour into prepared pan and bake approximately 1 hour, until toothpick in center comes out clean.
    If making muffins, baking time is 15 minutes.
