Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
2 c. raw shredded zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda (if desired)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
Add zucchini and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to first mixture until well blended. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes (until center is done) in 2 loaf pans or 1 (11 x 13-inch) pan.
