Creamy Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. granulated sugar replacement
    3 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    8-inch pie shell, baked
Preparation
    Scald 1 cup of milk.
    Mix dry ingredients with remaining milk.
    Add to hot milk and cook until custard coats one spoon, about 15 minutes.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Stir to blend.
    Remove from heat.
    When partially cooled, pour into baked pie shell. Chill thoroughly before serving.
    Contains 81 calories per serving.
