No-Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1 c. uncooked instant type rice
    2 c. boiling water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 to 6 chicken pieces
    1/2 pkg. instant onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix celery, rice, water and soups in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Lay the chicken pieces on top.
    Sprinkle the soup mix over the chicken.
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours, depending on how dry you want the rice mixture to be.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Do not open oven during baking.
