Ingredients

6 1/2 c. instant potatoes
8 qt. flour
7 2/3 lb. butter
1 c. baking powder
1 lb. coconut
6 c. dry milk
18 eggs
6 2/3 qt. sugar
Preparation

Cream together the butter and sugar.
Add flavoring and eggs. Sift dry ingredients 3 times.
Add to creamed mixture.
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet with a #40 scoop.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Do not brown.
