Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 boxes (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, frozen
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 can Cream of Chicken soup
    1 can Cream of Celery soup
    3 soup cans of milk
    1/2 jar of large Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Cook onions in margarine for 15 minutes or until onions are clear.
    Add broccoli and cook another 10-15 minutes.
    Add soups and mix
    well with wire whisk.
    Mixture will be a little lumpy. Cook another 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add 1/2 of large jar of Cheez Whiz.
    Use regular or jalapeno according to your taste. Melt the cheese well, but do not re-cook.
    Serves 7-10 people.
