Carrot Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cut into 2-inch strips
    2 green peppers
    1 onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Cook carrots for 7 minutes; drain.
    Combine tomato soup, sugar, vinegar and oil.
    Add carrots and stir to coat/cover. Slice green peppers and onion crosswise for garnish on top.
