Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1 egg
    1 onion
    crackers (about 20)
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Drain salmon; mix with beaten egg.
    Add chopped onion.
    Mash crackers fine.
    Add teaspoon baking powder.
    Make 8 patties. Brown in about an inch of hot vegetable oil on each side until brown.
