Fisherman'S Best Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. Thousand Island dressing
    2 cans (7 oz. each) tuna or salmon, drained and flaked
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    In large bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute.
    Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
    Blend in sour cream and Thousand Island dressing.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Turn into 6 cup mold or bowl; chill until firm.
    Serve with crackers.
