Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
    1/3 c. each finely chopped celery and sweet green pepper
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. each salt and black pepper
    2 tsp. white vinegar
    4 hamburger buns
Preparation
    In a 12-inch skillet (nonstick), heat the oil over moderately high heat.
    Add the onion, celery and green pepper.
    Saute for 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in beef and cook 4 minutes longer or until no longer pink.
    Add the tomatoes with their juices, the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper.
    Cook, stirring often, 4 minutes more or until the flavors are well blended.
    Then stir in the vinegar. Place the bun on plates and divide mixture among them.
    Yields 4 sandwiches.
