Mashed Potato Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, cooked, salted, peppered and mashed
6 slices dry bread
onion salt
1 egg, beaten
milk
Preparation

Cube and brown bread in 3 tablespoons margarine (stir often to prevent burning).
Add onion salt to taste.
Mix potatoes and bread.
Add egg and enough milk to moisten.
Stuff fowl.
Leftover dressing may be placed in baking dish and cooked in moderate oven.
