Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beaten eggs
    3 c. (24 oz.) cream-style cottage cheese
    3/4 c. finely crushed Ritz crackers
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine eggs, cottage cheese, cracker crumbs, chilies and half the shredded cheeses. Turn
    into 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
    Top with remaining cheeses.
    Bake 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
