Minnie Mouse'S Tropical Treat - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 canned pineapple rings
4 scoops lime sherbet
2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
4 maraschino cherries

Preparation

Place 1 pineapple ring in each of 4 dessert dishes.
Place 1 scoop of sherbet on top of each pineapple ring.
Sprinkle the coconut over the top.
Place 1 cherry on top of each portion. Serves 4 people.
