Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can enchilada sauce (mild or hot)
    1 can chopped jalapeno pepper
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Doritos chips (plain)
Preparation
    Cook and drain ground beef.
    Mix together and set aside celery soup, mushroom soup, enchilada sauce and jalapeno pepper.
    Grate Cheddar cheese and set aside.
    In large casserole dish, line one layer of chips, then 1/2 ground beef, a layer of soup mixture, then a layer of cheese.
    Repeat with rest of ingredients.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
