Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lasagna noodles
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
1 large container cottage cheese
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 lb. ground beef, browned
Preparation

Cook noodles until tender, but don't overcook.
In a skillet, brown ground beef.
Drain meat and pour into spaghetti sauce; simmer.
In a casserole dish, layer a little sauce, then noodles, sauce and cheeses.
Repeat layers, ending with sauce to cover all noodles.
Bake 45 minutes or until real bubbly.
Let set 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
