Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 c. diced apples
1 c. All Bran or Raisin Bran

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar together.
Add eggs.
Mix well. Add apples and Bran.
Blend well.
Add all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Bake in greased angel food or Bundt pan.
Bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
