Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Hereford roast beef with gravy
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Break up roast beef, removing any fat.
    Combine beef, soup, peas, carrots, onions, salt and pepper.
    Simmer about 1 hour.
