Chicken And Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 pkg. uncooked rice (2 c.)
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. celery flakes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    margarine (for frying)
Preparation
    Fry chicken in margarine until well done.
    Put in a large casserole dish or large Pyrex bowl.
    In separate bowl, mix rice and 2 cans of soup.
    Add thyme, celery flakes and parsley flakes. Pour rice mixture onto the chicken.
    Cover with lid or aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 1 hour.
