Jiffy Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. uncooked instant rice
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in a large skillet, stirring to crumble. Drain and return to skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients, except rice, stirring to mix.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add rice.
    Cover and remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
