Pumpkin Harvest Cookies - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 sticks softened margarine
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
10 oz. chopped white chocolate
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix flour and pumpkin pie spice.
Blend margarine, brown sugar, pumpkin and eggs.
Add flour to mixture.
Add white chocolate and pecans.
Chill mixture.
Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
