Ingredients

1 gal. peaches, cut up with peeling
1 c. vinegar, white
4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix and cook over low heat.
Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Cook until peaches are soft and liquid has decreased enough to use peaches to make half-moon pies.
Freeze or put into hot sterilized jars and seal.
Note: just the peelings can be used this way and they are good too.
