Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. pears
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    5 c. sugar
Preparation
    Slice pears and put through a food chopper.
    Add pineapple, lemon juice and sugar.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
    Pour into sterilized jars and place in a hot water bath, boiling, for 10 minutes. Makes 4 pints.
