Sauteed Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

steak
seasoned flour
hot butter or drippings

Preparation

Cut steak 1/3-inch thick into 2 x 4-inch pieces.
Dip meat pieces in flour and saute until brown.
Reduce heat.
Cover and cook until meat is tender.
