Diabetic Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. prunes, cooked and mashed
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener (I use Fasweet)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into 9 3/4 x 5 3/4-inch loaf pan which has been greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
