Cheddar Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
1/2 tsp. pepper
9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Drain spinach well.
Toss cheese with flour.
Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings.
Mix well; pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
