Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. boneless chuck roast, cut into chunks
1 (16 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. mild taco sauce
1 small can chopped green chilies
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in roasting pan and marinate in refrigerator for 12 hours.
Cook, covered, in oven at 275\u00b0 for 12 hours.
Remove from oven and shred with fork.
Add 1 cup catsup and 3/4 cup brown sugar to barbecue and cook for 15 minutes longer. Serve on hot onion rolls.
This makes approximately 30 sandwiches. The meat can be frozen in small portions, thawed, heated and served in minutes.
