Tuna-Taco Dish(A Great Way For Seafood) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans solid white tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sliced pimiento stuffed olives
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. commercial sour cream (I prefer Borden)
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    lettuce leaves
    1 large avocado, peeled and sliced
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    paprika
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Combine tuna, cheese, olives and onion in a medium bowl. Combine sour cream, garlic powder and chili powder in a small bowl.
    Add sour cream mixture to tuna mixture and toss.
    Place lettuce leaves on individual salad plates.
    Spoon tuna mixture on lettuce; arrange avocado and tomato wedges around tuna.
    Sprinkle with
    paprika.
    Serve salad with tortilla chips.
    Yields 4 servings.
