Red Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes (unpeeled), chopped
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/3 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Spray baking dish with Pam.
    Sprinkle dry soup mix over potatoes.
    Drizzle oil over all.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Stir once.
