Beef And Bean Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (1 lb.) can refried beans
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
    8 large or 10 small tortillas
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. taco sauce
    ripe olive slices (for garnish)
    green pepper slices (for garnish)
Preparation
    In frypan, saute ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain well.
    Stir in beans and taco seasoning; mix well with meat mixture.
    Add taco sauce; heat until bubbly.
    Reduce heat and simmer.
    Heat enchilada sauce in microwave or saucepan on low heat. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
    Pour 1/2 of enchilada sauce into oblong glass baking dish.
    Place 1/3 cup ground beef mixture into warmed tortilla; roll and place, seam side down, in sauce-filled baking dish.
    Place filled tortillas, side by side, until dish is filled.
    Pour remaining sauce evenly over tortillas.
    Cover with cheese.
