Canned Apple Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornstarch
4 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. apple pie spice
1 Tbsp. salt
10 c. water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
apples
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except lemon juice and apples.
Cook until bubbly, but do not boil.
Add lemon juice.
Keep mixture hot.
Pour over apples in jars.
Process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
