Turnip Green Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. chopped turnip greens, drained
    1 tsp. sugar (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. horseradish
    bread crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together, except crumbs and cheese. Spoon into casserole dish.
    Cover top with crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This dish multiplies well for a large crowd.
    Serves 6 to 8.
