Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and form into patties.
    Roll in flour and brown in skillet.
    Place in casserole dish and pour 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water over patties.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 45 minutes.
