Corn Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    8 1/2 oz. corn muffin mix
    8 oz. can creamed corn
    8 oz. can whole corn, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese.
    Spread in an 11 x 7 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish (after spraying with no-stick Mazola). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese over top; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Makes 8 servings.
