Louisiana Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 medium onions
    2 ribs celery, finely chopped
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1/2 lb. lean ground meat
    1/4 lb. chicken livers, chopped or ground
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 beef bouillon cube in 1/2 c. hot water
    3 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    To heated oil, add onions, celery and green onions.
    Saute until soft, at least 10 minutes.
    Add parsley, ground beef, livers and garlic; brown meat thoroughly.
    Add sherry and other liquids. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add rice and mix well.
    Serves 4.
