Easy Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large Vidalia sweet onions
    2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    enough oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Cut onions into 1/2-inch slices, separated into rings.
    Dip into milk, then flour, then milk again and bake into flour.
    Deep fry at high temperature until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
